Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your child's learning or any safeguarding concerns please contact the Head Teacher, Kate Lee-Wells, at Knowle- DGE on 0117 3708030. If you are not satisfied with the outcome or if your concern involves the Head Teacher then you can contact the Chair of Academy Council, through the Clerk, in writing or through the main phone number 0117 3708030.
